A very huge problem of my officeﾉ
I started my day with a smile this Tuesday. I work very efficiently the whole morning. When lunch break came, I also took a nap after I have eaten. Then I go back to work & doing the same accounting works.
Then while I was in our production area to requests an order, my partner told me that I have an important call from our messenger. Our messenger was in the Pasig City hall that time to finally get our business permit & mayorﾕs permit.
As I was talking with him on the other line, he informed me that our permit was hold & that the officers in the Pasig City hall is requiring us to pay Php 90, 122.84 because according to them we are not paying our taxes properly which is not true after all.
My voice has been louder coz I was already mad, so I just asked our messenger to stay in that building & wait for me there coz I want to personally talked with those officer in that City hall.
When I arrived there, I talked to every each person to asked what happened how come they would oblige us to pay them. After a while, I was already asked to go the office of the mayor to talk to her directly. Unfortunately the mayorﾕs went out already so I will be having an appointment with her by tomorrow.
It was such a huge problem actually, I know that I am in the right position & our office was doing the right thing. I just need to tell & explain to my boss the whole problem. I donﾕt know what will happen next, I just hope that everything would turn out just right & fine.

A simple & relaxing weekend vacation with my family....
I was staying in my house in the province this weekend. And this Sunday as I woke up by 9:00 o'clock in the morning. I was the only one who woke up very late among my family members.
I had found them watching a movie entitled "Brave Heart" by Mel Gibson, while I'm eating my breakfast I also watched with them. After that I accompany my mother to go to the market to buy our food for lunch.
We arrived home by 11:30am. I helped my mother to cook. We cooked a very simple vegetable spring roll. After we had eaten our lunch, I just watched TV & by 2:00pm I slept until 5:00pm.
By that time my mother was already started cooking our dinner coz my brother & I would be leaving going to Manila by 6:00pm. I then, fixed my self & my things. After our dinner we then leave going back to Manila.
We arrived our boarding house by 9:00pm. I had such a very relaxing weekend so I could say that I am ready for the tiring Monday ahead of me.

Working outside the office....
It's Thursday & still was busy day for me. In the morning I have a client meeting in Makati with our sales representative. We discussed about the unpaid Invoices that was over over due for payment by the client to us. We traced the cause of the delays of their payment.
By 11:00am we went to the office of the another customer nearby to accompany our sales representative for some product presentation. I was obliged to attend the meeting coz our boss went out of town.
We ate our lunch in the food chain in Boni Ave. After that I went straight to the office of Manila Water in Crossing to apply for our own water meter & also to get a certification that we our a bonafide user of Manila Water.
By 3:30pm I went to Novaliches to purchase stainless steel ring as accessory for the client's requirement. Finally, I have come back to Pasig in our office by 6:30pm. After that I just took a rest for a while then I ate my dinner & the menu was Sinigang na Baboy. I had eaten a lot. Then after 30 minutes, I washed some of my clothes. I slept by 10:30pm. I was so so tired.

A very smooth Monday for meﾉ
Monday and I woke up by 5:00am coz I was still in my province by then & I have to report as early as possible in my work in Manila. I left going to Manila by 6:00am to be exact and Iﾕm hoping that I could reach to the office by 8:00am.
Sadly, it was already 8:00am & I was still in the Meralco Avenue coz of heavy traffic. So, I could able to report in the office by 8:47am already & yap I was late.
When I arrived, everybody was present except for my boss & her husband (they went out of town); I greeted each of them of Happy Valentines so that they would never obviously notice that I was late ha ha.
After that, I already started to work. Actually, I was not too busy & stressed the whole day coz my boss was not around. I have finished my work by 6:30pm. When I was almost finished cleaning myself & to prepare myself to rest, my board mate called me into my room shouting that I have a visitor down stairs.
I was surprised coz I have chocolate & flowers received from our supplier. I never expected that so I just say thank you to our supplier. They were very nice ever. I slept pleasantly by 9:00pm.

A simple birthday celebration for my brotherﾉ
Itﾕs Sunday, and I woke up early about 6:00am coz obviously Iﾕm in the province & everybody was awake already & I have no choice but to do the same with them.
My mother was cooking our breakfast while my sister was cleaning our surroundings. Then, me I was cleaning inside our house. Then after we ate our breakfast, after an hour my brother just came from Manila after his study group in his school.
So, by that time we decided to continue our cancelled celebration of his birthday last week. My sister & I went to market to buy the necessary ingredients & foods for our simple celebration.
We cooked together & eat together. We also watched some of our chosen favourite movies that we rented in the Video City. I felt complete just seeing that my family is doing just fine. We all slept by 10:00pm.

Just an ordinary day for meﾉ
As I woke up at 6:30 in the morning, I started to prepare my clothes. I then took a bath and ate my breakfast after that. I reported in the office just on time.
In the office, I just did my usual accounting work. I also, did some arrangements with our new supplier in Switzerland. In the afternoon during lunch break, I could not sleep for a while so I just stayed in my table in front of my computer to play games.
I had finished my work by 6:30pm, and then I went out to Crossing to attend a mass. Itﾕs Ash Wednesday (a traditional celebration by the Catholics) thatﾕs why catholic people were preparing their selves for the Lent Season. I would able to attend the beginning of the mass & it was ended by 8:00pm.
After that, I walked along Crossing going to the tricycle terminal. When I got home, I already eat my dinner while watching basketball in the T.V. I havenﾕt finished the game because I was so sleepy already. I slept at 10:00pm to be exact.

An unexpected news from my best friend...
Tuesday morning & I hurriedly finished my breakfast so that I can report in the office on time. By 9:00am, I have a meeting with my boss to discuss with her our finances. Also I gave her my report about the updates in our collection to supplement our expenses.
By lunch after I ate, I then took a nap for a while, then back to work in the afternoon. I then did my accounting work. I went out from the office by 6:00pm. I just took a rest, and then by 7:00pm I will go out for dinner with my two best friends.
Actually the dinner was really unplanned. I just received a message from my one friend that she wanted to talk with us. She told me that her application to work outside of the country would be almost approve in two months time.
During our dinner, I was truly sad coz almost more than half of our life we never be apart. We are always together through thick & thin. But of course, I also understand that she needs to do that coz she also have responsibilities with her family & she needs that for her career move.
Anyways, her 2-year contract practicing her medical technologist degree will not be too long & besides we can still keep in touch by e-mail or hand phone. We finished our conversation by 10:00pm. When I arrived home, I'd still sent a message to her that I am happy for her & I told her that no matter what happened we would be forever twin soul.

A very busy start of the week....
Monday again & it's the start of working day in the week. I knew that I would be having lots of work to do so I make sure that I will report as early as I could.
By 7:30 in the morning I started my work. Everybody in the office was already present. By 8:30am my boss called me already for a meeting. We finished by 11:00 am; the buyer of our 95 model car just arrived on time. I settle the documentation of the transfer of our car to the buyer.
I almost forgot to take my lunch. I went also to our bank. By 3:30 pm, the time that I can now be having a chance to eat. A pair of fried banana & pansit will do to make my stomach happy.
By 4:00 pm, I came back again in my table to finish my sales report for the meeting of our sales agent & my boss. By 6:30pm I went out from the office. I then relax for a while in the house. Then, while waiting for my brother so we would eat our dinner together, I first took the time to wash my clothes.
By the time I almost finished my laundry my brother already came around from his school. After a few minutes we then eat our dinner. Then by 10:00pm I set already my bed for me to sleep after a very tiring day.

An emergency calls in work during Sunday....
At the time of 7:30 in the morning, I received a call from my boss & she wanted me to go back as soon as possible coz there was a big problem in the office in Manila.
I felt unwell coz it's Sunday & at the same time it's a birthday of my brother so we already have planned to at least celebrate his birthday together. But since I have to go back in Manila already I have no choice but to postpone it on the next week.
By 11:00am, I arrived in our place in Manila. We had talked & fixed the problem until 5:00pm. After that, I went to my best friend's place in Sta. Mesa to talk to her & at least lessen my hard feelings. We ate our dinner in her place.
By 7:00pm we went back in Crossing, Mandaluyong to attend a mass in the church. The mass was ended by 8:30pm, then I decided to go back home in Pasig while my best friend will go home to our province in Pililla coz her mother requested her to go home for some emergency reason.
By 9:00pm, I cleaned my self & prepare myself to sleep coz I know that the next day that is Monday will be a very very busy & hard day for me.

An unexpected gift from a different company…
It’s Thursday again so it was my schedule to cook & everything. I woke up by 6:00 o’clock in the morning. I finished cooking by 7:00am, after that I ate breakfast. Then, I already fixed & prepare my self for work. In the morning I did my usual work.
Then by lunch, after we ate I did washed our dishes. Then I report again in the office. While making sales report & costing, I received a call from one girl who told me that I was chosen by their company to get a personal gift from them coz it’s their 15th anniversary.
She gave me their contact number, address & my reference number. Actually, I have lots of questions for them, like how they get my number & my name. So to answer my questions, I asked my co-employees to accompany me to the address given which was in Makati.
We arrived in the building by 7:00pm since their office hours was till 8:00pm. When we reached their floor department someone came immediately to me. Then she asked for my reference number & for my 3 valid ID.
They informed me that I was referred by our bank manager & because of this they would give me a special personal kit. I felt that somehow I was lucky that day. We reach home by 8:30pm, I was very hungry & sleepy so I ate already then by 9:30pm I prepare myself to sleep.

My not so good Wednesday morning became happy in the evening...
It's Wednesday in the morning and I woke up earlier this time coz I already heard the loud voice of our neighbours. By 7:30 am I already report in our office. I haven't taken my breakfast too coz my stomach was some kind of acidic that time. In the morning, I work smoothly though I'm not that feeling any good.
By lunch, after I ate, I slept for a while to at least lessen my bad mood. In the afternoon, I came back to work again. I dealt again to our different client for some discussions with regards to our products. I think, I'm not only an accountant in our company; I am now also a sales agent. Multi-tasking is what I am experiencing.
I finished my work by 6:30pm. After an hour we ate our dinner & the menu was Adobong Manok cooked by my brother. I ate a lot coz it tastes so nice.
Then, I cleaned my self while waiting for the basketball match in the T.V. By 9:30pm everybody in the house were excited coz when only 8 seconds was only remaining in the shot clock, our favourite team was under score by one point in favour with the opponent. And then up to the last seconds were everybody was holding his or her breath including me, the center player of our team had made a big lucky shot. So in the end, we won by 1 point. I was so happy; my bad condition in the morning was gone already. I had sleep by 10:00 pm.

My usual working daysﾉ
I woke up at 7:00 am; I took a bath & prepare myself for work. The whole morning, I was too busy doing my usual job. Since it was first day of the month, my boss called me to prepare the cash flow budget & expenses forecast for the whole month. I asked my partner in the office to give me all the billings & statement of account. I assess every check that should & shouldnﾕt be release.
In the afternoon, after eating my lunch, I took a nap for at least 30 minutes. When I came to work, I accommodate our two different clients about their order from us.
By 4:00pm, I came back again to my work to finalize each report. By 6:30pm I had finished my work & went out from the office. We ate our dinner by 7:00pm & I finished eating after an hour. I want to relax & enjoy my eating.
After that, I watched in the T.V. until 9:00pm. Then, my bossﾕ daughter called me up already to sleep. She wants to stay in my room to sleep with me. By 10:00pm I still cannot sleep, maybe itﾕs because I drink coffee during my dinner, I have able to sleep after an hour.
